- Customer – Any person or entity using Quentech Soft to complete payments to merchants.
- Payment Account – Any legitimate financial instrument, such as a bank account or credit card, used to process transactions.
- Payment Instruction – A directive issued by the customer to execute a transaction via our platform.
- Business Days – The period from Monday to Friday, excluding official public and banking holidays.
- Due Date – The deadline by which a merchant must process a payment.
- Payment Date – The date a merchant officially receives funds.
- Scheduled Payment Date – The date a customer selects to execute a payment, with the last opportunity to cancel before processing.

A confirmation email is sent once a transaction is successfully completed. Beyond this, Quentech Soft assumes no further responsibility.
Customers can modify or cancel payment requests before the transaction is initiated. However, once the transaction is processed, cancellations will not be possible.
Any attempt to compromise our platform’s security is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences. This applies to, yet is not solely for:
- Unauthorized access or attempts to breach protected areas.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities.
